Psychiatric care that starts with listening

Board-certified psychiatrists and psychiatric nurse practitioners who evaluate, diagnose, and manage treatment for adults and adolescents, in person or by video.

Mental illness can be difficult, but you don't have to go through it alone.

Whatever you’re facing, we’re here to listen, help you understand what’s happening, and work with you on a plan that fits your life.

How we help

Add Your Heading Text Here

A full evaluation of your history, symptoms, and goals, ending with a clear diagnosis you can ask questions about.

Risk assessment

A careful look at safety concerns, so we can respond quickly and put the right supports in place.

Psychiatry medications

Prescribing and adjusting medication based on your diagnosis, health history, and how you respond.

Regular follow-ups

Scheduled visits to track progress and side effects, and change course when something isn’t working.

Personalized treatment plans

A written plan built around your goals, which may combine medication, therapy, and lifestyle changes.

Coordination of care

With your consent, we keep your therapist and primary care provider updated so treatment stays aligned.

ADHD treatment

ADHD treatment starts with a full evaluation. If medication is right for you, we’ll walk through both types, how they work, and what to expect.

Stimulant medications

The most commonly prescribed ADHD medications. They start working within an hour. Examples include amphetamine salts (Adderall) and methylphenidate.

Non-stimulant medications

An option when stimulants aren’t a good fit because of side effects, other health conditions, or personal preference. They take a few weeks to reach full effect.

Medication decisions are made by your provider after evaluation. We don’t prescribe a specific medication on request.
